A fun loving, creative and active wife and mom in my forties, I'm driven by teaching people about how to lead a fitter life by making movement fun, achievable and effective. As a British and Swiss national living in Denmark, I love to meet people from around the world and share weird stories.
I have led a life where skinny was the new black, where trendy diets consumed my mind and where meal planning may have been the only solution to getting the body I felt I deserved! What changed? My mindset did! I finally made up my mind to love my body a little more and fell in love with fitness instead of seeing it as a chore and started thinking of what I ate as real food rather than nutrients or calories. Since then I have never felt stronger physically and mentally I feel like I’m breathing underwater! I have been improving my own health and fitness along the way and have now over 14 years of experience within fitness.
Over the past years, I have continuously developed within my field and have gained additional knowledge and expertise within group fitness and personal training by taking EU recognized certifications enabling me to better coach you.
