These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Alex Beck, including outdoor group strength training, LesMills BodyCombat, personal training, corporate training and workshops, body composition analysis, and special events. By purchasing a membership, booking a session, or attending training, the customer accepts the following terms.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all services offered by Alex Beck, including:

  • Outdoor Group Strength Training
  • LesMills BodyCombat
  • Personal Training (PT)
  • Corporate Training & Workshops
  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Events, seasonal sessions & pop-ups

Applies to both private and business clients.

2. Membership Types

2.0 Membership Ownership (STRICT RULE)

All memberships, clip cards, personal training packages, and booking rights are strictly personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or used by anyone other than the registered customer. Misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.

2.1 Fixed Membership

  • Includes 1 weekly outdoor strength class on a fixed day.
  • Includes optional weekly Thursday BodyCombat if space allows.
  • Missed sessions do not roll over.

2.2 Flex Membership

  • Includes 6 outdoor strength sessions per calendar month.
  • Includes 1 BodyCombat class per month.
  • All sessions must be used within the same calendar month.
  • Sessions do not roll over.

2.3 Unlimited Membership

  • Full access to all classes on the active schedule (outdoor strength & BodyCombat).
  • No weekly limits.
  • Minimum commitment: 3 full months.
  • Continues month-to-month thereafter until terminated.

2.4 Clip Cards, Drop-In & Guest Passes

  • Valid only for the period stated at purchase.
  • Strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • Non-refundable once activated.

2.5 Personal Training (PT) Packages

  • Fully customised and agreed individually.
  • Sessions do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
  • Governed by specific PT cancellation rules (Section 10.2).
  • Strictly personal.

3. Payment & Billing

By purchasing a membership, the customer authorises recurring monthly payments on the registered payment card.

  • Charges occur on the last banking day before the new month.
  • Only the standard monthly membership fee is charged unless additional fees are explicitly approved (late cancellations, events, PT add-ons).
  • Customers must update payment details when notified of card expiry.

VAT Transition

  • Prices are listed exclusive of VAT until 1 January 2026.
  • From 1 January 2026, 25% VAT is legally required for all fitness services in Denmark.
  • Prices will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Booking & Attendance

4.1 Booking Window

  • All class bookings must be made via the official app or web platform.
  • Booking closes 48 hours before class start.

4.2 Late Booking Requests

  • Any request to join after the 48-hour cutoff must be sent via SMS.
  • A 15 DKK administration fee applies to all late bookings.

4.3 Valid Communication Method (STRICT RULE)

All official communication must be sent via SMS to +45 53575661, including:

  • Bookings
  • Cancellations
  • Delays
  • Membership changes
  • PT scheduling

Applies to both private and business clients.

5. Changes to Services & Terms

All official communication must be sent via SMS to +45 53575661, including:

  • Class schedules
  • Locations
  • Membership structures
  • Prices
  • Operational policies
  • These Terms & Conditions

Changes take effect no earlier than 30 days after being announced on www.alexbeck.fit or via the booking platform / email.

6. Duration of Services

  • Group memberships continue monthly until terminated.
  • PT services remain valid for the duration or number of sessions agreed at purchase.

7. Hiatus / Membership Pause

  • Customers may pause their membership for one full month (four consecutive weeks).
  • The exact start and end dates must be stated at the time of request.
  • Membership cannot be paused during a termination notice period.
  • If termination is submitted while paused, the pause ends immediately and normal billing resumes for the remainder of that month.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Outdoor Group Training Memberships

Once a membership month has begun, payments are non-refundable.
Termination takes effect at month-end, in accordance with Section 9.

8.2 Personal Training (PT)

PT services are individually customised.
Under Consumer Contract Act §18, stk. 2, nr. 3, there is no right of withdrawal once planning of your PT programme has begun.

9. Termination of Membership

9.1 Notice Period (All Membership Types)

Termination must be submitted via SMS no later than the 25th of any month.
Termination always takes effect at the end of the following month.

Examples:

  • Notice received March 10 → membership ends April 30
  • Notice received March 25 → membership ends April 30
  • Notice received March 26 → treated as April notice → membership ends May 31

9.2 Unlimited Membership Minimum Period

Unlimited Memberships may only be terminated after a minimum commitment period of 3 full months.
After the minimum period, the standard notice rule (Section 9.1) applies.

9.3 Method of Termination

Termination must be submitted by SMS to +45 53575661.
A written confirmation will be sent by Alex Beck.
The date of this confirmation determines whether the notice was received before or after the 25th.

9.4 Termination by Alex Beck

Alex Beck may terminate any membership with immediate effect.

  • If not due to material breach, the unused portion of the current month will be refunded.
  • If due to material breach, no refund is provided.

10. Cancellations, No-Shows & Instructor Cancellations

10.1 Outdoor Group Training – Customer Cancellation

  • Must be cancelled minimum 24 hours before class.
  • Late cancellation or no-show results in: A fee of 80–90 DKK depending on membership
OR Loss of the session (Flex, Clip Cards, Drop-In).

10.2 Personal Training (PT)

  • Must be cancelled minimum 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Late cancellation or no-show = session forfeited, no refund, no replacement.

10.3 Instructor Cancellation or Class Cancellation

If a class must be cancelled due to instructor illness, injury, emergency, or unsafe outdoor conditions:

  • Unlimited Members: Class is cancelled without replacement.
  • Fixed Members: May attend another class within the same week if space allows.
  • Flex Members: The session is returned to their account for use within the same calendar month.
  • Clip Cards / Drop-In: The session is reinstated.

If more than two classes are cancelled by Alex Beck within a single month, additional replacement options or credits may be offered at Alex’s discretion.

11. Health & Safety

Training takes place outdoors and is performed at the customer’s own risk.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically able to participate and must inform Alex of any:

  • Injuries
  • Medical conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • Limitations affecting training

Alex Beck is not liable for injuries caused by:

  • Accidents
  • Weather conditions
  • Other participants’ actions
  • Failure to follow instructions

12. Valuables

Training occurs outdoors.
Customers are responsible for securing their belongings.
Alex Beck is not liable for theft, loss, or damage.

13. Media & Marketing

Photos and videos may be taken during training for use on social media, website, or marketing materials.

If a customer appears in media and requests removal, it will be honoured.

15. Additional Service Terms

15.1 Corporate Training & Workshops

  • All details (price, duration, location, equipment) are agreed in writing before delivery.
  • Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation policies:
    – 7+ days before → no charge
    – 7–2 days before → 50% fee
    – Less than 48 hours before → 100% fee
  • The company is responsible for ensuring participants are medically able to participate and for providing a safe training environment.

15.2 Body Composition Analysis

  • Provided as a standalone service or included in PT packages.
  • Results are informational and not medical advice.
  • No refunds once analysis has been carried out.
  • Results are confidential.

15.3 Events & Special Sessions

  • Events, workshops, theme classes, and seasonal sessions are priced separately.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
  • If an event is cancelled by the instructor, participants receive a refund or credit.
  • Guest passes or clip cards may not apply unless explicitly stated.
